VENUES
Mehana programs run in different retreat centers. We are choosing pleasant and calm places offering healthy fresh food.
General information
7 Days program starts at 6 PM on day 1 and ends at 9 AM on day 7
5 Days program starts at 6 PM on day 1 and ends at 9 AM on day 5
9 Days program starts at 6 PM on day 1 and ends at 9 AM on day 9
There are no special requirements for age/sex/fitness of the participants
Number of participants: min.10 – max.20
PRICING
What is included?
– intensive healthy educative program under leadership of experienced specialists 7-8 hours/ day (except for reduced schedule on the arrival and departure day and on day 5 of the 9-days program)
– full board accommodation including fresh healthy home-made vegetarian food
– rental of the whole facility
What is not included?
– transport to the site and personal insurance

9 days program

- This program is suited for everybody who likes to master basic principles in physiotherapy, learn how to relieve different musculoskeletal ailments and adopt different exercises to prevent injury and keep the body strong and healthy.
- Techniques: physiotherapeutic maneuvers, mobilization of the joints, acupressure, moxa, breathing techniques, barefoot walking, cold baths, qi gong, kung fu, yoga, dance, forest medicine, relaxation

Shortened version of the Organ-Focused Healing Course. For everybody who likes to understand better the psycho-somatic patterns and discover healing potential of the healthy movement.
- Each day is dedicated to one organ system
- Different techniques are used to focus on that organ in order to perceive its physiology and pathophysiology and offer it necessary means of rejuvenation: detoxication, oxygenation and perfusion

This complementary Course is planned for 2025. However, we offer you to participate in the Body-Mind Movement Program, which meets the organ-focused techniques in a condensed time-frame.
